As if the original wasn't good enough by itself, masterful musician Robert Glasper enlists the assistance of Phonte & 9th Wonder to remix the elegant "Afro Blue," featuring Erykah Badu. The original had no rapping in it, but the remake is more percussion-heavy, creating a more hip-hop influenced track, allowing former Little Brother member Phonte to weave a sleek, romantic verse into this mastepiece.
