Danny Brown is like a modern day, one-man Wu Tang Clan. Not really, but I struggle to think of someone else who's brought this level of grit, zaniness, and lyrical prowess to the table other than the Killer Bees. House Shoes lays down a dank, rock and funk-themed instrumental that Mr. Brown runs rampant through for almost three minutes.
No chorus, no breakdown, no hook. And funny thing is, I can almost guarantee you're gonna listen to the entire song. I can't quite put my finger on it, but there's something almost appealing about Brown's apparent lack of sanity or concern for what is typical.
