Darrion Taylor is only 17, but possesses lyrical skill far beyond his years. His single, "Detlef Schrempf," brings a whole new connotation to the name of the West German basketball player. This instrumental was originally used by Atmosphere for "Sound is Vibration" in 1997, but Taylor certainly makes his own mark on the glistening strings and smooth drum kicks. Darrion produces and emcees as part of Chicago collective SVLP (Soulville Liger Posse). Look out for his upcoming new project, From The Soul.
