My, how times have changed for the emcee known as Consequence, formerly of the G.O.O.D. Music clan. After the beef between Cons and Mr. West went south, we were left with memories of the Queens emcee's glorious past, offhand comments such as the reference to Pusha T as "jet fuel" and a "live body" for Kanye, and poorly received attempts at diss tracks. Fast forward, and we have Consequence still in the game, seemingly having fun in a new track entitled "Something Light," featuring young emcee Pooch Hall. While the guest feature doesn't quite make the cut lyrically, the track itself is a fun-filled summertime foray to stretch your warm feelings into the early part of October.
