To me, Rapsody's music has a bit of classic feel to it. I would say a lot of credit goes to 9th Wonder and his production, which is true, but this joint is actually produced by Ka$h. Credit Rapsody's ill rhyme schemes. Or maybe the overall vision she has for her music. Or maybe in this case, it's Mr. Gambino paying omage to the Fugees, channeling his inner Lauryn Hill. Whichever it is, I can't help but smile when I hear this track. I think you'll smile too. The Idea of Beautiful drops August 28th, on JAMLA records.
