"Linger is a cover of the 90's hit by the Cranberries." There's certainly something to be said for an authentic acapella artist. It seems to quite a rarity in the modern era, for better or for worse. I was first pulled into Nicholas Ryan Gant's music when I heard him open for Dwele. The talent was evident from the jump. I enjoyed listening to his entire acapella project, entitled
Angst in A'capella, but was particularly drawn in by his single,
Linger. One can't help but feel drawn in by the harmonics and poignant lyrics describing a faltering relationship. I look forward to much more from this rising talent.
