Take, for example, the rasta reincarnation of the great Snoop Dogg himself. Definitely an interesting recreation, with production by Diplo and Ariel Rechstaid. The crossover is definitely fitting, for obvious reasons, and is well executed. The background vocals by Jovi Rockwell are a great touch. Look for the new album, Reincarnated, to drop soon. Much respect to Snoop for maintaining the quality of his craft over the years, and still stretching out to try new ideas. How many heads of his caliber, who have been around that long can truly say they switched things up, successfully? I'll wait.
