The inclusion of the genre in this artist's name is no coincidence. JazzMine's weathered, cultured voice resonates over the seven tracks in this EP to create something truly special. Her voice reminds me of a different, older era- but her musicality screams of modernity and adventurousness. She also produced this project in conjunction with Byron the Aquarius. Traces of jazz, neo-soul, funk, and hip-hop can be heard throughout. Coming in at only seven tracks, this release has a very cohesive feel to it.
