If you haven't heard of Hopsin, I regret to inform you that this is not the gentlest introduction to his artistry. But honestly, he never really has been gentle or subtle with his message. He coined his series "The Ill Mind of Hopsin" before his single, "Sag My Pants," propelled him to nationwide acclaim. In the past, the series delved into the struggles Hopsin has within himself, and proceeded to attack artists such as Tyler The Creator, whom Hopsin deemed worthless and fake. Fans are in for a surprise this time, as they find themselves under the same glaring magnifying class used to tear apart others. Hopsin's mind aggressively picks apart the negative, stagnant mentality that he sees in many of his peers today, and challenges all to do better. It's definitely a worthwhile message, if you have skin thick enough to hear it.
