I've been hype to hear this album for quite some time, and I am not at all dissapointed by the final outcome. Melo-X and Cheri Denis cite being free as "freedom of expression, freedom of creativity and breaking free from the cube that many try to place you in." They live up to this billing with what is hopefully the first of many releases together. Cheri's powerful voice shines through over Melo-X's excellent production throughout the entire seven-track project. Bad Boy didn't quite do Ms. Dennis justice, and it's good to see her getting back on the map in such a great way. Don't worry, the project title is a combination of the two artists' names, not a reference to any drug-induced euphoria....as far as I know...
