Even if this track wasn't on point, there is a distinct possibility that I might have still posted the track simply because of the dope cover artwork. Thankfully, I didn't have to make that choice. The first thought in my head was how similar those drums sound to the ones in Mobb Deep's classic "Shook Ones Pt. II." The drums lead into a nice, chill track perfect for kickin' back to this summer. A smooth , soulful chorus and a funky guitar effectively contrast the sparse, simplistic nature of the beat during the verses. The Chicago collective will be dropping their full album in July.
